This Walk With Ease program can teach you how to safely make physical activity part of your everyday life. The program includes a guidebook and a walking schedule to get you safely moving toward better health.
About the Program
The Walk With Ease is proven to improve your overall health. The self-directed course runs for six weeks and participants are encouraged to walk three times a week. Walk With Ease will help you:
Improve balance and strength
Improve arthritis symptoms
Increase strength
Increase walking pace
Improve confidence in one’s ability to manage arthritis symptoms
