Where Healthy Aging Begins!

Sixty and Better, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization that offers a range of programs and services that enable the young at heart to live life to the fullest.

Participants report significant increases in activity levels, healthy habits, and social connections with others. Last year alone, Sixty and Better served over 3,000 participants, with 86% reporting improved health in an annual survey.

Formerly Senior Citizen Services of Greater Tarrant County, we were founded in 1967.

What We Do

With our programs, members report significantly increasing their activity levels, healthy eating habits, social interactions, and that they have opportunities to contribute to their community in meaningful ways.
